Los Angeles, CA - Los Angeles District Attorney says James Ottis, 52, who is accused using a pickaxe and sledgehammer to smash Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame has been charged with Felony vandalism. The charge has a maximum penalty of three-years in jail.
