BALDWIN CITY, Kansas – The Baker University women’s soccer team jumped up a spot from number 13 to number 12 in the NAIA Women’s Soccer Coaches’ Top 25 poll, announced on Tuesday.
The Wildcats are the number 2 seed in the current Heart of America Athletic Conference Women’s Soccer Conference Tournament and hosts number 3 seeded MNU tonight at 7 p.m. in the Heart Semifinals.
Baker sports a 14-3-2 record and is joined by rival Benedictine in the Top 25 from the Heart, as the Ravens are number 11 this week. MNU is receiving votes in the poll.
The Wildcats are riding a 11-match unbeaten streak, as their last loss came at Benedictine on September 21. BU also ranks number 27 in total goals scored with 52.
