Early Voting in Baldwin City

The two Saturday's immediately before election Tuesday, brought early voting to the Baldwin City Fire Station. A line was out front of the station before polls opened at 9 A.M. on both days.  Before the early votes were cast on November 5, 2016, there had been 660 ballots cast in early voting in Douglas County.

According to the the Douglas County Clerk's website, the presidential race has Hillary Clinton leading with 191 of those early votes cast.  Close behind her with 190 was Gary Johnson, the Libertarian candidate followed by Donald Trump with 95 who was tied with Green Party candidate Jill Stien.

The site was last updated on Friday at 2:11 P.M., early votes were cast until 5 P.M. Friday, as well as the remote locations on Saturday. Early voting will be closed at noon today (Monday November 7, 2016).
Polls county wide, including the three in Baldwin City, on Tuesday November 8, 2016 at 7 A.M. and close at 7 P.M. After which votes will be counted and winners will be determined.
