Candidate for State Senate District 3, Echo Van Meteren, who hopes to unseat incumbent Senator Tom Holland was in Baldwin City to meet with voters the evening of October 3. Telling a crowd in the activity room of the Orchard Lane Living Center, "I'm ready for a positive change."
