Halloween
Hogwarts Haunted House at Lumberyard Arts Center
During Baldwin City’s Downtown Business Trick or Treating, the Lumberyard Arts Center will host a kid-friendly, Harry Potter themed haunted house. Free and open to the public.
5:30 P.M-7 P.M.
In addition to downtown businesses a number of private homes will be handing out candy. Two such homes, one on Eighth near Dearborn and the other on Jersey near Eighth have decorated yards for Halloween.
According to Nextdoor.com, only one home has marked itself as welcoming trick or treaters, that being near Ninth and Jersey (it will have it's Christmas lights on for Halloween).

The Baldwin City Community Senior Mix will meet Nov. 9 at 2:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall of Ives Chapel United Methodist Church, 1018 Miami Street. The program, "On the Road Again," will feature Debra McCullough, Baldwin City Recreation. A fellowship and refreshment time will follow. All seniors, 55 to 105, in the Baldwin City/community area are welcome.
