During this meeting they received a report from Cynde Frick, Financial Operations Director, who said she had received an estimate from an architect of the cost of replacing with a metal building the current district offices, as well as the district shop and maintenance space now located in the 700 block of Chapel Street.  The estimate involved a hypothetical 6,500-square-foot.  The estimate was due in part because of an offer they had receive at the last Board Meeting for their current office.
