Easter Activities

The Easter weekend activities that we at the Gazette have learned about:

Saturday March 26, 2016
Rainbow Preschool and Baldwin Recreation's Annual Easter Egg Hunt will be 10A.M. to 11A.M. According to the flyer we received here at the Gazette, it is guaranteed to be free fun for the whole family at the BES Intermediate Center Baseball Field Complex (BES Intermediate Center Baseball Field Complex).
Activities begin at 10A.M. with face painting, games and balloon twisters. Easter Egg hunts begin at 10:30A.M.
Ages 2 and under: Field #2 (right field)
Ages 3 and 4: Field #2 (Left field)
Ages 5 and 6:  Field #3 (Right Field)
Ages 7 and up: Field #3 (Left field)

A bike raffle will be held as well with tickets being sold for $1 each or 6 for $5. Prizes will be one (1) 18" boys bike and one (1) 18" girls bike.

 Annunciation Catholic Church will have an Easter Vigil at 8 P.M.

Easter Sunday March 27
Annunciation Catholic Church is raffling off several Easter baskets to raise funds for their Religious ed program. Raffle tickets will be available after Mass each weekend, from parents of students or at the entrance of the church anytime. They are $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00. Drawing for the baskets on Easter Sunday, March 27th after the 10:30am Mass.
Regular Mass Times at 8:30 A.M. and 10:30 A.M.

First United Methodist Church will have a potluck brunch at 9:30 A.M. in the fellowship Hall. A Easter egg hunt will also be held for the children.  Regular Worship services will be held at 10:45 A.M.


Ives Chapel will have a Easter Sunrise Service at 6:30 A.M. with breakfast following.

Worden United Methodist Church, Lone Star Brethren Church, Clinton Presbyterian and St. John's United Church of Christ will have a Sunrise Service at Lonestar Lake at 6:30 A.M. with breakfast following at St. John's United Church of Christ.
