“Paul Davis claims he’s going to oppose Nancy Pelosi for Minority Leader, but then why will he be campaigning with her number two, Steny Hoyer, in Kansas this week? Voters in Kansas’ second Congressional District are tired of politicians like Paul Davis who will say anything to get elected. If Paul truly opposes career obstructionist and radical Leftist Nancy Pelosi, he should have no problem refusing any and all campaign donations tied to her,” said Steve Watkins.
Watkins continued, “Paul Davis has had no problem taking over $170,000.00 in donations from PACs tied to Nancy Pelosi in the past. We need to know where he stands now once and for all. It’s either with the voters of Kansas’ second Congressional District or Paul Davis stands with liberal California elites like Nancy Pelosi. He should immediately return all funds from those PACs.” In addition to refusing all future contributions tied to Nancy Pelosi, Watkins called on Davis to return contributions made by Political Action Committees whose puppet strings are controlled by Pelosi and Democrat House Leadership, including:
- ActBlue Conduit Committee - $118,958.00
- American Federation of Teachers Cope-Voluntary A/C - $2,500.00
- AmeriPAC - $5,000.00
- Blue Dog PAC - $2,500.00
- Carpenters Legislative Improvement Committee - $5,000.00
- Drive Committee - $10,000.00
- End Citizens United - $5,000.00
- Hoyer for Congress - $2,000.00
- I.B.E.W. PAC Educational Fund - $10,000.00
- People for Ben - $1,000.00
- Pipefitters Local 533 Volunteer Political Fund - $10,000.00
