Baker Women’s Soccer Jumps to Number 14

BALDWIN CITY, Kansas – After outscoring its last three opponents, 14-0, the Baker University women’s soccer team moved up a spot to number 14 in the latest NAIA Women’s Soccer Coaches’ Top 25 poll, announced on Tuesday.
The 11-3-1 Wildcats are also 7-1-1 in the Heart of America Athletic Conference and sit atop the conference standings.

Also joining Baker in the Top 25 is number 15 Benedictine, who is 11-3 on the year.

Baker ranks number 24 in the country in total shut outs with seven and is number 26 in the NAIA in goals scored with 41.

The Wildcats have three matches left in the regular season including a match with Avila on Wednesday October 19 at 1 p.m. and two home matches.
The first coming against Grand View on Saturday, October 22 at 1 p.m. and the second against (RV) Missouri Valley on Wed. October 26 at 6 p.m.
