In an email to the Gazette, Gary Stevanus, Activities Director of Baldwin High School said in an attempt to get the BHS at Paola varsity football game in before the forecasted heavy thunderstorms arrive Friday evening, the kickoff has been moved up to 5:00pm.
He also advised that construction on K-68 Highway that could impact travel plans. There is construction involving the round-about on K-68 that you would normally travel through on the way to Paola.
Alternate Route:
K-68 East
Turn South (right) on Pressonville Road (aprox. 2-3 miles East of K-33/K-68 intersection)
It will curve to the East (left) and become West 287th Street. Follow to Hedge Lane.
Turn South (right) on Hedge Lane. This road will lead to Paola High School.
