In order to be nominated by an institution’s head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain
a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.
BALDWIN CITY, Kansas – The Baker University football team garnered five 2017 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete awards announced
on Friday.
The five Wildcats to earn the honor include Logan Brettell, Jacob Tompkins, Dalton Brinegar, Camden Wheatley and Zach Hipsher.
The five ‘Cats are amongst a group of 379 NAIA football players from across the country to be selected for the honor.
